Hi, I’m Clare!
I specialise in teaching Pilates to people living with back, hip, or sciatica pain. My classes are small, supportive, and always filled with encouragement. You’ll never be pushed into movements your body isn’t ready for, instead, I’ll guide you gently, helping you grow stronger and move with more ease, one step at a time.
Many of my students come to me after trying various ways to manage pain — often feeling frustrated or unsure what will really help in the long term. Experiencing tightness and pain in their lower back. Numbness or tingling down their legs. Some find simple tasks like walking, bending, or sitting more difficult, and some are even considering surgery because nothing else has worked.
But there’s another way: Pilates can gently ease lower back, hip and sciatic pain, helping you move more freely, build strength, and feel more comfortable in your body.
